Notice of partial opening of the Consular Section of the Embassy
The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Pristina, from 4 May 2020, will start providing the following consular services:
1. Acceptance of applications for the issuance of identity documents for Slovenian citizens (passports, identity cards)
The Consular Section will accept applications for issuance of passports and identity cards whose validity have expired or expire in the next three (3) months. Submission of applications is possible only upon prior appointment arranged via sloembassy.pristina(at)gov.si
2. Authentication of signatures on private documents
The Consular Section will start authenticating signatures on private documents, but only in urgent cases and only upon prior appointment arranged via sloembassy.pristina(at)gov.si
3. Service of residence permits
The Consular Section will invite clients to issue decisions in the residence permit process.
Any requests for information on whether the application for a residence permit has been completed, or other information on the procedure, should be addressed directly to the Administrative unit in the Republic of Slovenia, which is processing the application.
The Consular Section of the Embassy will not provide other consular services until further notice.
Slovenian Visa Center, operated by VFS Global, remains closed until further notice.
