On Monday, 12 July 2021, Slovenian Embassy in Kosovo will resume acceptance of short-stay Schengen visa applications (visas C) for all categories.

The visa application can be submitted via the Slovenian Visa Centre operated by VFS Global in Dragodan, Pristina (address: "VICIANUM", Veranda C2.7, Arberia 3 – building Dumnica). Prior to that, the applicant needs to obtain the appointment. 

The appointment can be obtained starting Wednesday, 7 July 2021, by calling 0900 111 22 from 09:00 to 16:00 (Monday-Friday) or emailing to info.sloveniakos(at), giving the name and surname of the applicant, the number of its passport, telephone number and stating the purpose of the applicant's travel (tourism, family/friends visit, business, etc.). Without an appointment, the visa application cannot be submitted.

If a request to make an appointment is sent by email, the answer will be returned within the working hours 09: 00-16: 00. The appointment will be scheduled only after VFS receives your confirmation of the appointment.

The following groups can submit short-stay Schengen visa application (with the beforehand booked appointment by email to consular.pristina(at) ) at the Consular office of the Embassy of Slovenia:
 • Holders of diplomatic and service passports;
 • Family members of EU and Swiss citizens covered by the Directive 2004/38/EC.
